I have put together a training programme to push your fitness to a new level.
This will push you mentally as well as physically "Can you make it to the end?"

Charity events:
I really like to see people keeping fit and healthy and doing it for a good cause is a ​good form of motivation.
So if you have decided to enter an event for a charity I will offer 10% off my listed prices to help you get in to shape for your event. Proof of entry to event needed.
Team up
Having a personal trainer can be daunting and expensive for some so split the cost and train with a friend.
