No matter what your level of fitness I will aim to find your limits and push them.
With the use of my private studio and the great outdoors, training will always be fun and intense. 
If you're looking for something more challenging or you are preparing yourself for a career in the forces, try our military style circuits which will take more then just physical fitness. 
I will monitor your progress using goals that we will set together and asses at different stages through your training programme. Using fitness test and other methods. I will give you detailed feed back on your progression and make adjustments to where improvement is needed to reach set goals. 
There is no miracle method, it all comes down to your mindset, if you want it go and get it. With hard work and dedication anything is possible. In a one to one environment, training can be more intense and focussed.
